His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Mansour bin Mutaib, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, issued a decree promoting Ahmed bin Hamoud Al-Tuwaijri, Director of the Office of the Secretary of the Al-Qassim Region, to the 13th rank.
For his part, Al-Tuwaijri expressed his gratitude to the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and to the Secretary of the Al-Qassim Region, Engineer Saleh Al-Ahmad, asking God for help and success and pledging to exert further efforts in the service of municipal work.
