The private sector plays an important role in realizing the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by making strategic investments that help in the national transformation and diversification of income resources to contribute to solving a number of issues of concern to the citizen and the housing issue stands on the priorities of our wise leadership led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, his Crown Prince Prince Mohammed bin Naif and his Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, may God protect them all until their good vision is realized by providing adequate housing for every citizen.

These investments include residential projects that represent a major leap in the partnership of the private sector with the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund because they allow owning the right home in schemes that have all the reasons for success from the technical and financial aspects until they were released to the public at a reasonable price and a lot of logic compared to the prices offered on the market, so all concerned must help in repeating these experiences that restored hope to the citizen who was burdened by the costs of paying rents and chasing landlords and real estate offices and these housing projects when they found support from the Ministry of Housing by facilitating the sale on the map and the real estate development fund.
We have to maintain this hope and support it from all sides by providing more reasons for success, especially in light of the availability of more white land, which is a renewed call for fruitful cooperation and a strong alliance between businessmen, capital, landowners and financing bodies; so that an integrated work system is formed that finds real support from the Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Fund, which represents the spearhead in the process of organizing housing in our beloved country and in this direction we saw many government agencies and major companies support their employees to own in these projects because their prices that correspond to a large extent of the Real Estate Fund loan and will be easy to
Hope exists in finding housing for citizens in light of the support of our wise leadership, which takes the hand of all sincere national initiatives to help pump the largest number of housing units, until the phenomenon of distortions in the real estate market that led to the reluctance of people from buying, and we appreciate the idea of integrated housing projects in its services that citizens came to them because they saw the seriousness and interest from the developers and if such projects do not succeed, we will stay long in suffering and waiting.
