Maskan Al-Arabiya Real Estate Development and Investment Company announced the launch of the “Tamouh” program, the first training initiative designed to guide and support the career paths of talented recent graduates and prepare them to become future business leaders in the real estate sector.
In a first-of-its-kind initiative in the real estate development sector, Maskan Arabia has designed an intensive and comprehensive talent management training program called “The Promising Ones,” which provides trainees with opportunities to develop the skills and professional experience necessary to build a successful career and qualify them to become part of the company’s workforce. The “Promising Talents Program,” developed by Maskan within its local context, prepares trainees by equipping them with management strategies, crisis management skills, the ability to anticipate and resolve complex issues, project management, networking, and addressing the ongoing challenges in the real estate and property development industry within a healthy work environment and on high-quality, pioneering projects.
On the sidelines of the Career Day event recently organized by the College of Engineering at King Saud University, Maskan Arabia announced the eligibility requirements for the “Promising Talents” program, which include being a graduate of a Saudi university in the fields of marketing, civil engineering and architecture, business administration, or information technology, and to possess certain personal qualities such as enthusiasm for a career in development. The company informed recent graduates who visited its booth at the Career Day event to inquire about the Al-Wa’eedoun Program that the program lasts 24 months, during which the trainee receives on-the-job training from the department manager for professional and personal guidance, and to demonstrate their potential and capabilities by taking on various projects and submitting periodic recommendations to management across all major departments within the company, which the trainee will rotate through.
Engineer Hossam Al-Rashoudi, CEO of Maskan Arabia Real Estate Development Company, said that “Maskan” is keen to participate in all events and activities aimed at localizing national talent and providing job opportunities for Saudi youth, and is pleased to offer these talented, enthusiastic, and ambitious graduates a training program that matches their capabilities in a professional work environment.
