Nujoom Al-Salam Investment and Real Estate Development and Nataq Real Estate are preparing to participate in the 16th Riyadh Real Estate and Urban Development Exhibition – Restatex 16 —as a Silver Sponsor. The event is organized under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Shuish Al-Duwaihi, Minister of Housing, and will take place from April 28 through May 2 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center on King Abdullah Road.
This was announced by Sheikh Jarallah bin Abdullah Al-Adib, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nujum Al-Salam Companies, who emphasized that the participation stems from the company’s belief in the importance of real estate exhibitions in showcasing major projects to clients, including both individuals and companies. This step is part of the company’s new expansion strategy to maintain a continuous presence at major real estate exhibitions. He also expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency Dr. Shuish Al-Duwaihi, Minister of Housing, for his generous patronage of the exhibition, which underscores the commitment of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques—may God protect and preserve him—to supporting the real estate sector through the wise government’s issuance of numerous decisions that will benefit the sector.
Nasser bin Qash’an Al-Qahtani, CEO of Nitaq Real Estate, one of the companies under the Nujoom Al-Salam Group, noted that Nitaq is considered one of the leading real estate service companies in the Kingdom. It will present a new showcase of the Najoum Al-Salam project—the first of its kind in the Arabian Gulf—featuring trucks and heavy equipment. The Durrat Al-Rawabi project, the Al-Aziziyah project in Riyadh, and the Logistics 1 Industrial Project will also be featured at the exhibition as opportunities for investors and individuals interested in purchasing property.
