<Amlak International Real Estate Development and Finance Company and Al Hakimiya Real Estate Development Company signed a joint investment agreement aimed at establishing a modern residential complex in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, to provide distinctive housing units that take into account the requirements of middle-income people in the community, according to easy financing solutions compatible with the provisions of Islamic Sharia law.
The agreement, which was signed by Mr. Abdullah Al-Howaish, Managing Director of Amlak International, whose investment share of the total project amounted to 70%, and Mr. Rudan Al-Duwaish, President of Al-Hakimia Real Estate Development Company, which contributed an investment share of 30%, comes within a series of agreements concluded between the two parties in the field of developing pioneering real estate projects that meet the growing demand for real estate units in the Kingdom, as the new project, called the ”Darwaza” project, located in the Azizia neighborhood in Khobar, features a modern design represented in a residential environment integrated services and specifications, available for ownership at competitive prices.
