Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, June 5, 2010: “Emaar Properties,” a global real estate developer, and its subsidiary ”Emaar Middle East,” which specializes in developing flagship projects in Saudi Arabia, are participating in the “Cityscape Jeddah,” one of the real estate development and investment sector’s premier events, taking place June 7–9, 2010, at the “Jeddah Center for Forums and Events.”
During the event, Emaar will highlight the progress being made on its various projects, while Emaar Middle East will showcase its three major development projects in the Kingdom: “Bab Jeddah,” “Al Khobar Lakes,” and “Emaar Residences at Fairmont Makkah,” in preparation for their delivery according to the specified timelines.
Emaar will also showcase a number of its most prominent projects currently under development in global markets, including Turkey, Pakistan, Egypt, and others, where Emaar maintains a strong presence in 16 global markets, and has completed real estate development projects with a total area of more than 94 million square feet.

Emaar Middle East’s booth at Cityscape Jeddah spans 135 square meters and features models of the ’Bab Jeddah‘ , ’Al Khobar Lakes,‘ and ‘Emaar Residences at Fairmont Makkah,’ as well as video presentations highlighting the latest developments and construction milestones. Company representatives will be on hand at the booth to provide visitors with comprehensive information and explanations about these projects and their specific completion timelines.
The ‘Bab Jeddah” project has a development value of 6 billion Saudi riyals. It is a mixed-use complex spanning approximately half a million square meters, featuring numerous residential units, offices, and 75,000 square meters of dedicated commercial space. The project will also feature numerous high-end retail stores, restaurants, and cafes located within walking distance of the towers. The launch of the “Al-Hilal Towers’ residential complex, consisting of three buildings, was met with great interest from investors and those looking to purchase private residences.
Meanwhile, the ‘Al-Khobar Lakes’ project is distinguished by its magnificent waterfront views. It spans an area of approximately 4.3 million square meters and includes 80,000 square meters of water features, It is considered one of the most luxurious waterfront developments in the Kingdom, as well as the largest of its kind in the Eastern Province. ‘Al-Khobar Lakes” comprises more than 2,000 private villas, along with a comprehensive range of commercial and recreational facilities that make the project an ideal destination for family living.
