Majd Real Estate won the Best Architectural Design Award for 2016 at the Restatex Eastern Province Exhibition for its flagship project, “Majd Square,” in Jubail. His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef, Governor of the Eastern Province, presented the honorary award plaque to Mr. Ibrahim Al-Majdouei, CEO of Majd Real Estate.
Commenting on winning the award, Ibrahim Al-Majdouie explained that the “Majd Square” project is an iconic development that will reshape the city’s urban skyline due to its scale, distinctive design, and strategic location. It was selected as a finalist for the Cityscape Award for Best Mixed-Use Project in Saudi Arabia. The project is a mixed-use development distinguished by its prime strategic location in Jubail, Eastern Province, along King Faisal Street, near the Hyundai Motor Showroom. It spans an area of 28,670 square meters and includes an administrative building (commercial offices), a budget hotel, a commercial district, and the Krouan residential village.
