For a total value of SAR 127.9 million, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu signed four contracts aimed at constructing prefabricated manufacturing buildings for investors and establishing basic equipment for the residential and industrial area in Yanbu Industrial City, as part of the implementation of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program 2020.
The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu signed four contracts with the four companies. <His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunyan Al Saud, President of the Authority, signed with the four companies the contracts, which included the contract of Al-Manar Arabian Trading and Contracting Company Limited, which will undertake the supply and construction work for nineteen prefabricated manufacturing buildings and one building for guarding, and will include the scope of infrastructure preparation including site preparation, excavation and filling, leveling works, roads and parking lots, drinking and fire water networks, irrigation water, electricity network, street lighting and squares, telecommunications networks, and the duration of the contract is two years.
The second and third contracts were awarded to Al-Taris Saudi Trade, Industry and Contracting Company Ltd. to build and redevelop the Nawah neighborhood, including construction, testing and commissioning of basic equipment and improvement works, in addition to carrying out the construction of the electricity extension network in C3 area in Yanbu Industrial City, with a contract duration of two years.
The fourth contract is aimed at the construction and redevelopment of Yanbu Industrial City. The fourth contract signed by the President of the Authority with Al Muhammadiyah Modern Trading and Contracting Company aims to implement the work of completing the bridge and intersection to connect the highway to the industrial and residential areas in Yanbu Industrial City.
The contract duration is two years.
