<The Municipality of Medina approved 11 private plans in Medina and 10 development plans for informal areas in Yanbu during the past three months, according to Undersecretary for Reconstruction M. Ahmed Al-Omari said that in implementation of the noble orders issued to establish appropriate mechanisms for the approval of private residential plans within cities and in accordance with the mechanism established by the Ministry to approve land division plans within 60 days from the date of submission of the request, an area of 1.71 million m2 was approved, providing (2000) land plots for the real estate market in the city.

The Undersecretary for Construction, M. Ahmed Al-Omari, pointed out that the area of 1.71 million m2 was approved. Al-Omari pointed out that (10) development plans for informal areas in Yanbu Al-Bahr city have been approved to raise the level of the urban environment and provide the required services for an area of 8.1 million square meters within Yanbu Al-Bahr city.
