Bosnian Security Minister Dragan Mektitić, who visited the UAE to attend a conference in Abu Dhabi, made a special visit to Dubai despite his conference commitments, accepting an invitation from the management of Dar Al-Ta’laq Real Estate Company, which recently opened a new branch in the UAE—its headquarters are in Kuwait, and it has a real estate project in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The company’s general manager, Ahmed Tammam, hosted a dinner in his honor and that of his accompanying delegation, attended by company executives, The Bosnian minister praised the “Country Side” resort, which he knows well, describing it as the only project of its kind—the largest and best residential tourist resort in Bosnia—and the only one operating according to a consistent strategy, and a clear program and plan, in addition to the company’s good reputation for compliance with regulations, laws, and tax obligations in accordance with the Bosnian government, and its commitment to delivering projects ahead of schedule, as was the case with its previous projects.
The current project will be delivered on schedule in August 2017.
The Bosnian minister extended an official invitation to the CEO of Dar Al-Ta’laq Real Estate to visit Bosnia and undertake more new projects, and thanked him for his hospitality. He also thanked the United Arab Emirates for its generous hospitality during his participation in the conference in Abu Dhabi.
For his part, the company’s CEO, Ahmed Tammam, described the project and its facilities, saying: The “Country Side” resort is a residential and investment tourism resort featuring villas and apartments, along with 18 comprehensive service facilities, including a mosque, restaurants, cafes, and lakes, separate lounges for men and women, tourist offices, car rentals, a supermarket, a daycare center, full security and protection, swimming pools, and playgrounds. It covers an area of 300,000 square meters and is built to European standards with a Gulf-style design.
He noted that construction has begun on an amusement park next to the resort, covering an area of 100,000 square meters—the largest in Eastern Europe—which has increased the resort’s investment and tourism value and boosted sales and demand for villas and apartments.
He concluded by saying: “As a new company in the UAE, we are not new to the Gulf markets, especially since our main branch is in Kuwait and we have branches in Europe. We aspire to grow, invest, and develop real estate in the UAE.”
