Al-Khuzama Management Company announced the selection of the Italian firm Salini Impregilo, (one of the world’s largest companies specializing in construction and infrastructure), to develop the Al-Faisaliah project and its assets valued at 1.1 billion Saudi riyals, which include a shopping center, hotels, and commercial offices. The announcement of this contract marks another strategic step by Al Khazama Management Company toward realizing its modern vision, through which it seeks to become the leading developer and specialist in the management of luxury real estate, hotels, and shopping centers in the Kingdom and beyond.

Abdulaziz Al-Habib, Chairman of Al-Khuzama Management Company, explained that Al-Faisaliah will undergo a development project starting with the Al-Faisaliah Center, valued at 200 million Saudi riyals, to expand the current indoor and outdoor spaces, beginning with the areas of the center facing Al-Olaya Street, following the completion of the Harvincolks facade facing King Fahd Road, Work will also begin on demolishing the ”Tourism Building” adjacent to Al-Faisaliah Center and Al-Khuzama Center to pave the way for the reconstruction of the new, luxurious five-star Al-Khuzama Hotel, In addition to these expansion projects, which will add more than 16,000 square meters to the current Al-Faisaliah Center, making it the largest shopping destination in downtown Riyadh ever, supported by smart underground parking facilities.
