The King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Talent and Creativity («Mawhiba») is organizing the fourth edition of the “Ibtikar” exhibition from December 1–5 at the Riyadh International Exhibition and Convention Center in Riyadh, with the participation of a number of private companies and institutions focused on creativity, innovation, and knowledge.
”Ibtikar” is considered one of the most important and largest exhibitions specializing in innovation and knowledge in the Middle East, and aims to create local and international strategic partnerships and activate frameworks for cooperation with relevant entities and institutions so that these partnerships become a fundamental pillar of the national economy and a strategic gateway to the knowledge economy. The exhibition also serves as a platform for transmitting and promoting a culture ofand invention to society, and to forge links between innovators, inventors, institutions, and businesses, with the goal of transforming Saudi society into a knowledge-based society—one that is committed to spreading a culture of innovation and building
The achievements of Innovation 2010 stand as the greatest testament to the importance of the exhibition’s mission, with attendance and beneficiaries exceeding 60,000 people; is the clearest evidence of this, in addition to the significant cultural momentum within Saudi institutions and their strong commitment to implementing this philosophy in their scientific environment.
