Dubai is preparing to host the 10th edition of the International Real Estate and Industrial Real Estate Exhibition, which will be held in conjunction with the Annual Investment Forum from April 8-10 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center with the participation of 300 companies from 80 countries around the world.
The exhibition is organized with the support of the Dubai Land Department and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency in Dubai as a leading regional platform in the real estate industry and a meeting point for real estate developers, investors and companies operating in the real estate industry regionally and internationally. In its tenth edition, the exhibition is supported by more than 80 prominent media organizations.
Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of DLD, said that the real estate sector in the UAE and the region is growing exponentially. Bin Mejren expressed his pleasure that the UAE is leading the real estate renaissance in the region thanks to the vision of local and regional real estate companies that adopt the best industrial practices followed in the world. His Excellency said that the growth rates of the real estate sector in the region are promising as we are on the path of a pivotal era in the real estate sector in the region. He stressed that the exhibition is an ideal platform that attracts elite real estate development companies as well as real estate brokerage companies and investment companies and that the exhibition provides a quality opportunity to establish partnerships that benefit real estate companies, end users and all stakeholders in the sector.
He pointed out that the UAE is a key pillar in this real estate growth, praising the large investments made by local and regional companies, of which the UAE receives a large slice due to the development of the sector in the country and its infrastructure, which is among the best not only in the Middle East and North Africa but also globally.



It is noteworthy that DLD supports the organization of the International Real Estate Exhibition, which attracts all the world's real estate moguls, decision makers, governmental groups and others. The exhibition witnesses a series of pioneering deals that significantly enrich the local industry, as the last edition witnessed the unveiling of 12 leading projects in the region from important real estate companies. According to the organizers, the next edition could see a double or more number of new projects in the region.
The specialties of exhibiting companies at the 10th edition of the International Property Show will be distributed among 18% for hotels and leisure establishments, 17% for commercial companies, 15% for residential projects, 15% for offices, 13% for retail, 12% for real estate development authorities, and 10% for free zones.
