In a contract worth AED 600 million, Sicklet Group has awarded the main works at Jumeirah Living Marina Gate to award-winning ALEC, bringing the total value of The Residence at Marina Gate to AED 1.6 billion.

It will feature 104 hotel apartments, 389 private residences and 15 villas.
