With the participation of more than 80 real estate companies specializing in the real estate industry, the ninth edition of the Jeddah Real Estate Development and Investment Exhibition (Stevision Expo 2017) kicks off under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mishaal bin Majid, Governor of Jeddah. The exhibition will take place from October 31 to November 2 at the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events, affiliated with the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce, with the participation of a select group of the Kingdom’s leading decision-makers, real estate developers, and finance leaders.
On this occasion, Hussein Al-Harthi, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of National Exhibitions Company, the organizer of the exhibition, revealed that the mega-projects adopted under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which exceed 500 billion riyals, will be the biggest incentive for participants in the event, which comes at a time of great importancefor the Kingdom’s real estate sector. Al-Harthi noted that fundamental changes are underway in the Kingdom’s economy to stimulate development and investment efforts, noting that during the exhibition, mega-projects will be launched and showcased that will serve as a cornerstone for the growing Saudi real estate sector.
Al-Harthi added that the exhibition is being held over an area of 9,000 square meters and targets more than 7,500 visitors, and major companies operating in the field of real estate development and investment, having proven its success and firmly established its position since its launch in 2009 in highlighting strategic growth in the real estate sector of the Saudi market.
Al-Harthi explained that the exhibition has now become a purely national gathering with a world-class vision, supported by the extensive and highly professional expertise he has gained from his previous experience, and will address all previous observations by focusing on the Saudi market, with national real estate products taking center stage during the exhibition and regionally.
