The countdown has begun for the opening of this year’s first edition of the Restatex Cityscape Riyadh exhibition, which will kick off at 6:30 p.m. today in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Housing, with significant local and international participation reflecting the latest trends in the real estate sector, showcasing a diverse range of real estate projects for homebuyers, investors, and others interested in what the future holds for the Kingdom.
The four-day event, taking place at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, is expected to showcase recently developed and upcoming mega-projects from the region’s leading real estate developers. These events will continue through next Saturday.

Its latest development project, “Waters AG,” located on Yas Island, the most distinctive destination in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, as well as informing clients and investors about the strengths of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the investment opportunities offered by the real estate sector, and its leading role in developing one of the fastest-growing sectors.
Dubai Real Estate:
The real estate developer will showcase two residential projects in Business Bay: Belview Towers and Marasi Riverside.
Emai Insat Tahhut San Tek:
