Nujoom Al-Salam continued its development of raw land and construction of vital projects, signing seven real estate projects across the Kingdom yesterday with Al-Baik Food Systems Co., Ltd. This is for the opening of restaurant branches as a first phase, which included six branches in the Riyadh region, distributed across the Al-Andalus, Al-Rayyan, Al-Naseem Al-Gharbi, Al-Fayha, Al-Suwaidi, and Al-Aziziyah neighborhoods, in addition to one location in the Al-Qassim region, specifically in the Al-Rayyan neighborhood of Buraidah.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Nojoom Al-Salam Holding by its Chairman of the Board, Dr. Jarallah Al-Odaib, while the agreement was signed on behalf of “Al-Baik” by its CEO, Engineer Rami bin Shukoor Abu Ghazala. The agreement represents a strategic partnership in the field of land investment and the establishment of vital projects, as well as the provision of locations for Al-Baik restaurants throughout the Kingdom.
For his part, Al-Odaib praised the strong relationship between the two companies, which has evolved into a strategic partnership in projects that benefit both parties, noting that “Al-Baik” is one of the most important partners in the success of Nujoom Al-Salam throughout its current journey, which is filled with success and continuous development, and together we have been able to make strides toward fruitful innovation, in order to support and achieve the Vision 2030 development goals and contribute to the accomplishment of the National Transformation 2020 targets.
For his part, Engineer Abu Ghazaleh expressed his delight at the partnership with Stars of Peace Holding Company, noting that both parties share the same visions and values, which will enable Al-Baik to provide the best service to customers in the Riyadh region. He added, “Nujoom Al-Salam possesses the technical and logistical capabilities that make it one of our most important strategic partners in implementing our expansion plans.”
It is worth noting that “Nujoom Al-Salam” is a company specializing in the construction of vital projects, having begun in 2017 with the construction of more than 165 residential units and 27 leading commercial complexes distributed across Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Khobar, Buraydah, and Al-Zulfi.
