The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Developer Services Center, revealed that 58 plans have been approved by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, out of 69 plans, and is expected to complete the approval of the remaining plans during the coming period, according to the regulations and procedures adopted by the program: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Arial","sans-serif"; color: #222222;">.
In this regard, the General Supervisor of the "Completion" Center, Mohammed bin Saud Al-Ghazwani, explained that the approval procedures were completed in record time, after the real estate developers submitted all the justifications for the approval of these plans, indicating that the projects were distributed in 11 regions in the Kingdom: Al-Baha, Riyadh, Jawf, Sharqiya, Qassim, Medina, in addition to Tabuk, Jizan, Hail, Asir, and Mecca.
He stressed that the center seeks to achieve the desired goals of its establishment by overcoming the obstacles facing the approval of residential plans at the level of the Kingdom to contribute to increasing the supply of housing units and providing them at affordable prices for citizens, pointing out that the approval of these plans will add a large number of housing units that will contribute to meeting the needs of citizens in a number of regions of the Kingdom, and will stimulate the development and development aspects of the residential urban environment and provide suitable and diverse housing options for citizens, in line with the Kingdom's vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program 2020: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #222222;">.
The General Supervisor of the ITAMAM Center pointed out that there are 13 approved schemes in Makkah, eight in Asir, in addition to three schemes in each of Hail, Jizan and Al-Jouf, as well as two schemes in Tabuk and seven in Medina, three schemes in Qassim, five in the Eastern Province, nine in Riyadh, and eight in Al-Baba. in Riyadh and eight others in Al-Bahahah, pointing out that the "Completion" center continues to finalize the procedures for the approval of 11 plans for housing projects, including one in Al-Bahahah, another in the Eastern Province, in addition to four others in the Medina region, in addition to six plans in Asir and Makkah regions.
