The Ministry confirmed that all its projects feature integrated infrastructure and include sites for service facilities. The Ministry’s official spokesperson, Saif Al-Suwailem, explained that the designs and sizes of the units were created with diversity in mind to suit the varying preferences of citizens, noting that prices range from 250,000 to 700,000 riyals, and that reservation and viewing exhibitions have been organized across all regions of the Kingdom, adding that many have been held recently and continue to be held monthly.
Al-Suwailem noted that the Ministry’s projects and diverse housing products span various cities and provinces, with numerous projects in Makkah, Riyadh, and Jeddah—some of which have already been announced, while others will be announced in the future.
Al-Suwailem said that the Asir region includes a number of projects, some of which were launched last month in Abha and Khamis Mushait, comprising a total of 3,500 villas and townhouses, as part of an off-plan sales program in partnership with real estate developers.
