The Ministry of Housing, represented by the «Ejar» initiative, has announced the launch of an electronic application that aims to facilitate the search process for real estate establishments registered with Ejar, through which you can view the latest developments in the real estate rental sector, as well as the regulations and laws related to this sector.
Ejar Network Operation
The Ejar field team has visited real estate brokerage establishments in Riyadh as a first phase, with the aim of introducing, assisting and training them to deal with the Ejar network.
The General Supervisor of Real Estate Rental Sector Regulation, Engineer Mohammed Al-Batti, explained that the electronic application aims to identify real estate brokerage facilities near the beneficiaries, deal with real estate brokers approved by Ejar, obtain contact information with real estate brokerage facilities, and know the regulations and laws related to the real estate rental sector.

He pointed out that the electronic application aims to introduce the rules and regulations related to the briefing process, and the rights and duties of all parties to that process, whether landlord, tenant, or real estate broker, indicating that the "application" seeks to reach all beneficiaries of real estate brokerage establishments.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Housing recently launched the unified rental contract in preparation for its implementation, as it seeks to facilitate the conduct and proof of rental transactions, enhance confidence between the parties, and record the mutual obligations between landlords, tenants and real estate brokers in the real estate rental sector, which will be registered and documented between the parties to the rental process automatically through the Ejar network.
