With a total sales value exceeding 194.5 million riyals, 7 properties were sold yesterday through the fifth auction organized by the Liquidation Board of the Estate of Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi in cooperation with Itqan Real Estate Company at the Intercontinental Hotel in Riyadh.

Building 79 - Ministries Neighborhood:

It is a commercial residential building containing residential apartments and commercial galleries with an area of 1736 square meters, and it was sold for 4.5 million riyals.

Agency House Center - King Fahd Road

The building has an area of 19.845 thousand square meters and was sold for SAR 139.8 million, and the auction was awarded to Al Yahya Group.

Shafa Complex - Shafa

The 7,380,000 square meter Shafa Complex was sold for SAR 11.3 million to Sulaiman bin Ibrahim Mohammed Al Suwail.

The new Ghubaira complex (residential-commercial) was sold for 17.2 million riyals.
