With the participation of Amlak Real Estate Newspaper “Dar Al Arkan launches its first tower in Dubai at a cost of AED 800 million

At a cost of 800 million dirhams, Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development launched its new project, “I Love Florence,” on the Dubai Water Canal in the Business Bay area,  marking its first real estate project in the city of Dubai.

The company said in a statement that it had chosen Dubai as the launchpad for its global operations and activities, noting that it had partnered with the luxury brand “Roberto Cavalli” to design the interiors of the 38-story tower .

This announcement was made during a ceremony held by the company in Dubai, in partnership with Amlak Real Estate, and attended by Youssef bin Abdullah Al-Shallash, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Gian Giacomo Ferraris, CEO of “Roberto Cavalli,” as well as a number of government officials, diplomats, businesspeople, and investors.

During the ceremony, Youssef bin Abdullah Al-Shallash said that Dar Al-Arkan’s extensive experience in delivering 15,000 residential units and 500,000 square meters of commercial space in Saudi Arabia over more than 23 years will support its efforts to expand into global markets, "which aims to offer greater investment diversification to our current investors, as well as attract new investors from around the world to our investment portfolio".

The Italian brand ”Roberto Cavalli” was chosen to embody and create creative living spaces within the tower’s facilities and residential units.
