Minister of Housing Majid Al-Hogail reviewed in his meeting with Riyadh Governor Faisal bin Bandar the projects of the city of Riyadh in 2018 and the ministry's programs such as developmental housing in the Riyadh region, its criteria and beneficiary families, the Housing 2020 program and its future goals, in addition to a presentation of supply and demand statistics for housing units in Riyadh city and governorates for 2018, coverage rates, numbers of beneficiaries and housing products.
The meeting, which was attended by Prince Saud bin Talal and a number of ministry officials, discussed the most prominent challenges and obstacles to housing programs in the Riyadh region, ways to promote quick solutions and find sustainable work methods that ensure continuity of work and achievement.
Prince Faisal bin Bandar extended thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and his Crown Prince for the support and development of housing in the Riyadh region and the generous care of the housing sector in general, appreciating the efforts of the Minister of Housing and ministry officials.
