Bunyan REIT aims to create a fund of at least 63 billion riyals, representing 40% of the fund's total units. The Fund aims to build an initial investment portfolio of 10 diversified real estate assets by owning 9 real estate assets and 1 usufruct that are capable of generating periodic rental income that will generate returns on invested capital in line with the Fund's investment strategy.
The Fund will allow individuals to invest in real estate assets and distribute at least 90% of net profits annually at the end of the second quarter and the end of the fourth quarter of each year. Individuals will be able to benefit from the offering according to the Real Estate Ownership Law for Non-Saudis, and entities that include institutions, companies, investment funds, government entities and other legal entities based in Saudi Arabia that are wholly owned by natural persons who hold Saudi nationality.
