<After several months of continuous work, the industrial business incubators at the Industrial Development Center at the Jubail Technical Institute of the Royal Commission in Jubail Industrial Area succeeded in bringing their products to the local markets under the title «Made in Jubail». Khalid Ali, the owner of the project, told Al-Sharq that his project, which he chose «Jubail Plastic» as its name, is related to the manufacture of plastic bags of all types and sizes and high quality, and said:«Before starting production and the project, I studied the requirements and needs of the market and was able to meet the sellers in the local markets until I chose to start making plastic bags, which is a great need in the market and has a great demand, and I actually applied to the Industrial Development Center with my project, and I was accepted, praise be to God. I enrolled in two courses and received a fully equipped industrial incubator, and today I am reaping the first fruits of manufacturing, as my production is sold in local markets, especially in Jubail, and I have monthly profits, and I also manufacture half a ton per week with a colleague, and I have development plans for this project; and targeting companies and large institutions in the future. The »Jubail Plastics» factory is one of the projects sponsored by the center, which began to reap the benefits of the services and consultations provided by the center for entrepreneurs, and the center is considered a specialized center that helps entrepreneurs who apply to the center with industrial and technical ideas that can be developed, then after adopting the project, the center supervises and periodically follows up on the incubated entrepreneur through periodic meetings with the incubator, which aim to review the work developments and try to solve the issues facing it and prepare monthly project reports and quarterly evaluations.

The center contains 23 incubator workshops of different sizes dedicated to incubating the projects of industrial and technical entrepreneurs, and the Industrial Development Center also has a women's section located in Al-Quds Mahalla, which helps women entrepreneurs with craft, technical, industrial and technical projects with the same purpose of the center.
