Asas Real Estate, the real estate arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank, announced the start of sales for approximately 1,500 mixed-use plots, with sizes starting at 5,000 square feet and priced at 340,000 dirhams, in the Basateen Al Zubair project.
The plots offered for sale—which are available to UAE citizens and nationals of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries—are located within a fully serviced master-planned community and include residential plots, mixed-use residential plots, and plots designated for various services.
Engineer Ahmed Al-Amiri, General Manager of ”Asas Real Estate,” noted that the residential plots of varying sizes in the project are zoned for ground-level construction plus two stories, making them suitable for the development of villas and residences, as well as mixed-use commercial projects.
The Basateen Al-Zubair project overlooks Emirates Street next to the Al-Rahmaniyah neighborhood in Sharjah, in the central region connecting the emirates of Ajman, Ras Al-Khaimah, and Umm Al-Qaiwain with the emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
