Al-Rasheed added, ”The initiative has borne fruit to achieve the goal of empowering and reducing the burdens on small and medium enterprises, which included a number of recovered fees, including: Expatriate labor fees, commercial records, chamber of commerce subscriptions, municipal licenses, Saudi Post subscriptions, and other government fees.“
