On the sidelines of Cityscape Global 2018, the Dubai Land Department signed two memorandums of understanding with “OnTime Real Estate Registry” and “Knight Frank Middle East” as part of its efforts to streamline its services and make them available to customers anytime, anywhere.
His Excellency Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of the Dubai Land Department, signed the two MoUs, while “OnTime Real Estate Registrar” by its Director, Walid Abdulkarim, while Maria Morris represented “Knight Frank Middle East” in her capacity as the company’s Director.
Under the memorandum signed with “OnTime Real Estate Registrar,” which aims to provide real estate services to property investors to ensure their convenience by reducing effort and time—as the number of visits required by investors will be reduced from 15 stops to just one, and from 10 working days to just one working day. As for the memorandum with “Knight Frank Middle East,” it stipulates cooperation between the two parties in providing consulting services to promote Dubai real estate around the world.
Commenting on the Department’s participation in this global exhibition, His Excellency Sultan Butti bin Mejren said: “We are delighted to see the Department’s platform has become a key destination at this exhibition, visited by developers, visitors, and investors for various purposes. While our modern technologies garnered significant attention, as evidenced by the diverse questions answered by the Department’s representatives at the booth, we also noted a strong focus on Dubai’s transparent regulatory environment, and the latest incentives announced by the Government of the United Arab Emirates. Our participation in the exhibition achieved its pre-set objectives, and we will continue to engage with interested parties through various channels to enhance the real estate investment landscape and contribute to the UAE’s progress and development, ensuring we remain one of the world’s leading investment destinations.”
