The Ministry of Finance announced that it has completed accepting investor applications for its domestic issuance (2018–10) under the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s government sukuk program denominated in Saudi riyals, with the total issuance size set at 3.250 billion Saudi riyals.

The Ministry clarified that the issuance was divided into three tranches as follows: The first tranche, amounting to 2.330 billion Saudi riyals, consists of sukuk maturing in 2023; the second tranche, amounting to 0.360 billion Saudi riyals, consists of sukuk maturing in 2025; and the third tranche, 0.560 billion Saudi riyals for sukuk maturing in 2028.
