Eastern Chamber calls for forming real estate alliances to build large housing projects

The Real Estate and Urban Development Committee at the Eastern Province Chamber real estate developers to form an alliance to capitalize on opportunities in implementing large-scale residential projects and constructing various units to suit all needs. This was announced during the expanded meeting for the real estate sector in the Eastern Province, held at the Chamber’s headquarters in Dammam. Chaired by Committee Chairman Engineer Hamid bin Hamri and attended by Chamber Vice Chairman Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Bu Ali, the meeting addressed a number of important issues in the real estate sector, including the future of the real estate industry in the region.

The meeting addressed issues of real estate culture and the need to innovate new approaches that align with the mindset and desires of stakeholders to achieve an important and necessary goal: fostering a culture through which those interested in the real estate sector can form their own opinions, explore several options, and to identify the right time to seize opportunities and make a sound investment.

Engineer Bin Hamri said that members of the real estate sector are keen to engage with the activities organized by the Chamber regarding real estate, noting that the meeting featured participation from experts who provided valuable information and enriched the session with effective and positive contributions.
