Here in our real estate market, we are starting to see a large number of these distinctive real estate projects that need a distinctive and unconventional management team, which will force their owners to search for companies that have knowledge in managing similar projects, the presence of a distinctive and professional property management service will provide an opportunity for many investors to enter the development of distinct real estate projects at the level of what we see from projects in foreign countries and neighboring countries, the property management team is the most important element to attract such real estate projects.
