His Royal Highness Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Riyadh, stressed the need to complete housing and service projects, stressing that he will not accept any invitation to inaugurate a project that has not completed all stages of its implementation. This came during his recent inspection visit to Al Muzahimiyah Governorate, where he chaired the municipal and local council meeting and discussed issues that touch the requirements of the people of the governorate and improve the services provided to citizens.
During the visit, the Emir of Riyadh refused to put one of the unfinished projects on his agenda to inaugurate it, stressing his keenness to provide completed services to citizens and must be presented in full instead of being fragmented, noting his personal interest in achievements and will come specifically to open the project and inspect it on the ground when it is completed to share the joy of citizens, and directed officials to enable citizens to benefit from the completed parts so that they benefit from them.
His Highness directed officials to enable citizens to benefit from the completed parts.
The directive of the Emir of Riyadh region was welcomed and resonated well with citizens and those interested in real estate projects, and confirms the real interest of the rulers in service projects, thus closing the door to delaying the implementation of some phases of projects, and ensuring that work continues with the same quality and specifications required.
