The Housing Program announced that it had signed nine agreements with various real estate companies to develop and construct 2,422 residential units, including villas, townhouses, and apartments, in Dammam, Al-Khobar, and Al-Ahsa, in the presence of the General Supervisor of the Real Estate Development Agency, Engineer Mazen bin Mohammed Al-Dawood, as part of the program’s efforts to launch more housing projects that meet the needs of Saudi families and make them available for reservation through easy and accessible online procedures via the Sakani app and website.
The signed agreements aim to establish residential projects that are fully integrated in terms of infrastructure and service facilities. The signing involved the following companies:
1- “Anan Real Estate” to build 753 villa-style residential units in the “Al-Nukhba” project in the Al-Nukhba neighborhood of Dammam.
2- "ESCO International" to build 115 residential villas in the “Asdaf” project in the Al-Aziziyah neighborhood of Al-Khobar.
3- "Al-Khaleejia for Development" will carry out the “Anar” project in the Ishbiliya neighborhood of Al-Khobar Governorate, which includes 72 apartment units.
4- “Al-Abdulqader Group” will build 200 apartments in the "Al-Khobar Downtown" project in the Al-Jawhara neighborhood of Al-Khobar.
5- “United Aswar” Company will build 100 villas in the "Aswar Al-Aziziyah" project in the Al-Aziziyah neighborhood of Al-Khobar.
6- “Samo Al-Asala” will build 480 residential units, including "villas" and “townhouses,” in the “Park View” project.
7- “Dar & Emaar” will build 592 villas in the "Saraya Al-Aziziyah" project, located in the Al-Aziziyah neighborhood of Al-Khobar.
8- “Al-Mutawaron” Company will build 89 villas in the "Viola Villa" project located in the Al-Rabwah district of Al-Ahsa.
9- “Darwaza Al-Sharq for Real Estate Development and Investment” will build 21 villas in the "Salam Project" located in the Al-Salam neighborhood of Al-Mubarraz in Al-Ahsa.
