Based on my experience in real estate, I’d like to share some tips for you to keep in mind if you’re interested in Buying a Residential Apartment Ownership so that it is suitable:

It is preferable for the building not to be on a main street to avoid disturbances.

It is preferable for the building to be located on two or three streets.

Focus on the neighborhood’s entrances and exits.

The fewer apartments in the building, the better.

Parking spaces should be available, and a basement is preferable.

An elevator should be available, but the type of elevator is more important.

How many overhead water tanks are there, and what are the capacities of the ground-level and overhead tanks?

Availability of Sewage System in the Area

Title deed for each apartment

Notes on the apartment

Check the plumbing and electrical systems and verify the warranties

Windows should ideally be double-glazed

It is best for the apartment to have two entrances.

The apartment should ideally have a large floor plan.

The room layout should be practical, and it’s best to have a living room.

Room size and number are important.

It’s best to be one of the last buyers.

Find out the type of residents—whether they are owners or renters.

You should review the warranties yourself and obtain copies of them—for the elevator, electrical system, plumbing, and air conditioning—to give you greater peace of mind.

Check the electricity meter to see how many amps it is and whether each apartment has its own separate meter.

Note:

It is not necessary to have all of the above when purchasing an apartment, but these are the most important points.
