The Real Estate Development Fund implemented more than 4.8 million electronic operations and services during the first half of this year 2021 through its various electronic platforms with an average time that did not exceed 4 minutes per operation, in order to facilitate the access of Saudi families to suitable housing with the aim of raising the percentage of residential ownership to 70% by 2030 in accordance with the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The CEO of the Real Estate Development Fund, Mansour bin Madi, explained that the Fund carried out more than 4.8 million electronic operations and services through all its electronic platforms during the first half of 2021 with an average time of 4 minutes per operation, within more than 43 electronic services and contacting the unified call center, which contributed to signing more than 102 thousand new residential financing contracts in light of the increasing demand for the subsidized mortgage loan program.
