The Holy Capital Secretariat has begun earthwork leveling in preparation for asphalt paving and the provision of services for the Crown Prince’s projects and grant projects in Makkah.

Yesterday, the Secretariat’s machinery and equipment began earth-leveling work in the Al-Shamiya neighborhood (New) – Plan No. 3 – and work is underway in other plans as part of the project implementation plan overseen by the Secretariat’s Construction and Maintenance Agency.

The Municipality signed a general works contract for the Crown Prince’s developments and grant-funded developments with a specialized company in the Holy Capital (Phases 1 and 2) for a total value exceeding 100 million riyals, in exchange for paving the grant schemes in flat areas, in accordance with the terms and specifications to provide advanced, innovative, and high-quality municipal services, and to work toward overcoming all obstacles that hinder the delivery of services.
