The remittances of foreigners in Saudi Arabia declined last July by about 17.7 percent on an annual basis, amounting to about 12.52 billion riyals (3.34 billion dollars), compared to about 15.2 billion riyals (4.06 billion dollars) for the similar period of the previous year 2020, with a difference of 2.69 billion riyals.
According to the Economic Reports Unit's monitoring in the newspaper “Economy”, based on data from the Saudi Central Bank “SAMA”, foreign remittances decreased compared to the previous month of June by about 7. 2 percent, as it was then 13.49 billion riyals, which is 975 million riyals less.2 percent, as it was then 13.49 billion riyals, or about 975 million riyals less.
