The National Debt Management Center announced today the completion of receiving investor applications for its September 2021 local issuance under the Saudi Arabian Riyal Sukuk program, where the issue size was set at a total amount of SAR 6.675 billion (six billion six hundred and seventy-five million Saudi riyals).
According to a statement issued by the Center, the issuance was divided into three tranches, the first of which is SAR 3.170 billion (three billion one hundred and seventy million Saudi riyals) for Sukuk maturing in 2029.
The second tranche amounted to SAR 2.855 billion (SAR 2.855 billion) for Sukuk maturing in 2033.
The third tranche amounted to SAR 650 million (six hundred and fifty million SAR) for sukuk maturing in 2036.

This issuance comes within the annual borrowing plan for the year 2021 that the Center announced at the beginning of the fiscal year through its website www.ndmc.gov.sa, through which it reviews the schedule of its local issuances to match the working days of the international market in terms of issuance announcements and settlement dates.
