“National Housing” Participates in GITEX Global 2021 in Dubai

NHC National Housing Company, the national developer, participated in the “GITEX Global 2021” exhibition, which is being held from October 17–21 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The exhibition is the largest of its kind in the Middle East and Africa and brings together leading organizations in technology and digital innovation from around the world.

The company participated with three platforms, including “Baladi,” a portal developed in collaboration with various municipal sector entities to serve as the national portal supporting the municipal community. At this stage, the portal includes three main services: interactive and e-services that facilitate the submission of online applications for the most commonly used permits, and information services that help users make informed decisions, thereby contributing to improved satisfaction with municipal sector entities and information services.

The “Sakani” platform and app, part of the “Sakani” program, offers smart solutions for housing and homeownership, as well as services such as applying for financing without having to visit a financial institution, requesting architectural designs and interior designs for homes, and services to view lists of contractors and engineering supervision firms, document lease offers, and listing residential units for sale.

Finally, the “Ejar” network is an integrated electronic platform aimed at regulating the real estate rental sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and safeguarding the rights of all parties involved in the rental process (tenant, landlord, real estate broker). It offers a range of digital solutions that contribute to the development, regulation, and facilitation of the real estate rental sector, thereby achieving balance within the sector, strengthening confidence in it, and stimulating investment.
