October offering of the Kingdom's Sukuk program closes at 8.5 billion riyals

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announced the completion of receiving investor applications for its October 2021 domestic issuance under the Saudi Arabian Riyal Sukuk program, where the size of the issuance was set at a total amount of SAR 8.500 billion (eight billion and five hundred million riyals).

The issues were divided into two tranches, the first tranche amounting to SAR 3.905 billion (three billion nine hundred and five million SAR) for Sukuk maturing in 2029.

The second tranche amounted to SAR 4.595 billion (four billion five hundred and ninety-five million SAR) for Sukuk maturing in 2033.
