Jeddah governorate acquires the largest number of projects with 17 projects with more than 56 thousand housing units, most of which are located within the residential suburb of Al Mayar, whose completion rates exceed 75% and provide about 20 thousand housing units on an area of 3.9 million m2, Al Jawhara residential suburb, whose completion rates reached 85% and provides 6980 housing units on an area of 2 million m2, in addition to the suburb of “Khiala”, which includes a number of distinctive quality projects, and the rest of the projects are distributed in strategic locations in the center and north of Jeddah Governorate.
