Medina Region Development Authority launched a training program to qualify leaders on project management and build skills for workers in the non-profit sector, in cooperation with Naseej Foundation, as part of its efforts to enhance the efficiency of young leaders and empower the non-profit sector in the region. The program, titled “Qualifying Leaders on Project Management” and held from February 3 to 5, is a qualitative program that focuses on developing program and project management skills according to modern applied methodologies, including professional development project management, planning, design and impact measurement, as well as practical application and field training, using modern tools and approved methodologies in project management.
The Authority explained that the program is entitled "Qualifying Leaders on Project Management" and will be held from February 3 to 5.
The program targets young men and women in Madinah, as well as workers in civil societies and institutions, public endowments, and non-profit companies, which contributes to raising the readiness of national cadres and enabling them to lead development initiatives efficiently and effectively. The program is characterized by intensive applied training, practical and applicable tools, in addition to interactive meetings held in person and remotely, within a stimulating learning environment that contributes to building leaders and developing their capabilities.
The program targets young men and women in Madinah, as well as those working in civil societies and institutions, public endowments, and non-profit companies.
