No one is unaware of the vital role played by the specialized media in serving and promoting the economic sectors because of its power and influence in shaping public opinion and determining its trends, which makes it necessary for it to be honest and impartial in reflecting reality, and this naturally requires absolute cooperation between the authorities that are considered sources of information and media professionals in their various disciplines, in order to analyze it professionally and help in making the right decision at the right time.

<Due to the huge size of the real estate sector and the lack of specialized media in public opinion institutions (newspapers, radio, television, and new media).The recommendations of the wonderful cultural and real estate evening organized by Diwaniya Al-Kharmani last Thursday, in which I was honored to participate and speak, came in the importance and necessity of establishing a professional and scientific entity that brings together colleagues who specialize in real estate media, in order to provide responsible professional services away from personal interests, and the entity, which has been tentatively named the “Real Estate Media Association”, where this approach comes to exchange experiences between those who witnessed fluctuating periods of the real estate sector history until they became witnesses to the era who can professionally read the future through current data in order to benefit those interested in the real estate sector and

It is beautiful that these endeavors and ideas coincide with the qualitative leap that the Kingdom is going through at both the local and global levels, and the Kingdom's hosting of Expo 2030, which will attract more global investments.

This requires intensive media efforts and specialized channels that showcase the resources and potential of the various sectors, especially the real estate sector.
