Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Acting Governor of Riyadh, inspected Jawan residential suburb projects, located north of Riyadh, and reviewed the progress of work and the level of achievement in the 14 projects under construction, and listened to a detailed explanation from Engineer Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti and CEO of the National Housing Company about the suburb and the housing features it offers to Saudi families and its housing units and facilities.

For his part, Majid Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, explained that Al-Jawan suburb in Riyadh is one of the largest residential suburbs in the Kingdom and comes as an extension of 7 other residential suburbs serving more than 400 thousand people and providing more than 80 thousand housing units within a residential environment complete with services and facilities that meet the aspirations of Saudi families and achieve quality of life standards.
Al-Batti reviewed the company's future plans to increase the supply of residential real estate in Riyadh by providing new residential communities in Riyadh in the coming years to provide 147 thousand units of various designs and spaces, with the aim of raising the percentage of residential ownership for Saudi families to 70% by 2030 in accordance with the targets of the housing program - one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 -.
Al Batti reviewed the company's future plans to increase the supply of residential real estate in Riyadh.
