Future of Real Estate Forum completes preparations to discuss 10 vital topics in the sector

The participating organizations in Future of Real Estate Forum have finalized their preparations to present their projects and creative and investment ideas to experts and specialists, from February 22 to 24 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh. This comes amid great anticipation due to recent developments and significant shifts in the sector, as well as the Cabinet’s approval of the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector in December 2020.

The forum, held under the patronage of the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, will feature representatives from various ministries and government agencies participating in the forum’s sessions and workshop activities,which will address numerous topics related to real estate and the future of investment in the sector, as well as factors influencing it, such as real estate financing, real estate appraisal, real estate digitization, real estate auctions, real estate arbitration mechanisms, and marketing and its mechanisms.

A select group of experts and specialists will discuss 10 key themes during the forum’s sessions, including the legislative and regulatory aspects of the real estate sector, the future of urban development, real estate financing solutions, smart cities and sustainability, real estate investment, quality and craftsmanship, construction technologies, artificial intelligence, as well as real estate development, which encompasses various facets of the real estate sector in the Kingdom.

The forum and its accompanying exhibition coincide with the launch of several mega-projects, including the “Downtown Jeddah,” which is financed by the Public Investment Fund, alongside strategic investors from within and outside the Kingdom, as well as the NEOM, Al-Soudah, Al-Qiddiya, Amala, and Red Sea projects… In line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, these projects contribute to transforming the Kingdom into a global destination for tourism and entertainment, thereby strengthening its standing and economic leadership.
