“Saudi Airlines increases Bahrain flights to 19 per week

Saudi Airlines added more than 29 thousand seats to its scheduled flights between Riyadh and Jeddah on the one hand and Bahrain on the other; bringing the seat capacity between the Kingdom and Bahrain during the current year 2015 to 142,956 seats compared to 113,934 seats during 2014, with a growth rate of 25% by increasing the number of weekly flights by 5 flights to reach 19 weekly flights in one direction and a total of 38 flights in both directions with a percentage increase of 33%.

Assistant General Manager for Public Relations of Saudi Airlines Abdulrahman Al-Fahad pointed out that increasing the number of flights between the Kingdom and Bahrain and pumping more seating capacity for this route comes to meet the growing travel traffic in both directions between the two brotherly countries and increase in the share of «Saudi» from the international operation to and from Bahrain, and said: (direct flights between Jeddah and Bahrain increased from 7 flights to 10 flights per week in one direction during the month of February, while two flights will be added in one direction between Riyadh and Bahrain to reach 9 flights and a total of 18 flights in both directions starting from the third of next May.
