The Real Estate Unit Sorting revealed that the number of requests for real estate sorting in the city of Riyadh exceeded 4,300 properties, involving more than 34,500 real estate units ranging from residential to commercial properties, noting that Riyadh recorded the highest demand for sorting among cities in the Kingdom.

The program explained that January of this year, 2022, saw the highest demand for real estate sorting across various cities, with sorting requests rising to more than 36% compared to January 2021, ranging from real estate complexes to residential and commercial towers, apartment buildings, and residential villas.
