With a large turnout of interested parties and investors, the “Riyadh Real Estate Restatex,” which was launched under the patronage of His Excellency Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, concluded its activities held from March 1–4 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.

The exhibition, at which “Amlak” (the real estate newspaper) was represented, highlighted the latest developments and trends in the Saudi real estate sector, including new investments and companies that have entered the market—whether in real estate development or housing projects—as well as the innovative designs, layouts, and features for homes that the market has introduced to meet the demand and purchasing power of prospective buyers, in addition to the real estate financing programs offered by banks and companies in accordance with the latest regulations and financing programs approved and supported by the Ministry.

On this occasion, Mohammed Hussein Al-Faraj, CEO of "Restatex Real Estate“ exhibitions, explained that this year’s exhibition was different and attractive to major projects, emphasizing the importance and magnitude of the real estate and housing investment sector in the Kingdom.
