In music, we are interested in producing a song or piece that makes the audience happy and enjoyable, and in construction, we are interested in producing a building that makes the citizen and customer happy and pleases his taste and requirements, as well as takes into account all social and environmental considerations.

The maestro has an integrated musical score with all the notes that the musicians have, and from a long experience in music, it is easy for the maestro to read the score and arrange the places, stops and movements perfectly, and in construction, the developer must have an understanding and documentation of all the stages of work that they will do from day one The designer must know what the consultant and contractor need, what the client requires, and what the nation seeks for the urban environment, and in urban, the developer must tighten the threads of work perfectly with the parties to ensure the continuity of success until the last moment to deliver and settle the client.

Here I bring up Building Information Modeling or what is called BIM, which is related to the same requirements of the musical note to a large extent, if the developer seeks to model his building information in a unified technical way that unites architects, civil and electromechanical through its specialized programs and specialized experts, he will find that what he built on any line or idea at the beginning when designing will eventually be seen during work by all those involved in the work, including the client.

BIM seeks to create easy visualization and beautiful harmony between the parties to the work from day one and makes it easier for everyone to conjure up the final image of the work on the technical program before it is projected on the ground and the actual and field start does not take place until the parties gather and the building is imagined with more than one option and try it and convince customers of it.
