The first thing that comes to mind from the start of the majestic concert is the amount of spending and the magnificence of those involved in making it a success. Perhaps the most important thing that appears to be visible is the orchestra with its many instruments and players and the level of organized symphonic performance, which if it deviates from the path for a second, the connoisseur audience will understand any lapse that may occur in the work.

But what is most noticeable and surprising is seeing the person who leads and organizes this band with such creativity and precision that he may adjust the rhythms of interaction with the audience and include them in the melody of the song and celebration, as has happened in some international events, and despite the apparent lack of effort during the concert. Despite the lack of apparent effort during the concert, he has simple and qualitative tools for management that indicate confidence, experience and knowledge of all the details of the concert, and we should not overlook the organization and preparation that took place behind the scenes, as it is the main reason for presenting an integrated artistic work to the audience.

.

This person is called the maestro and this orchestra is called the orchestra and the works may range from world famous pieces to a regular concert and may consist of eighty musicians or only eight.

Maybe I have prolonged the conversation in suspense, as the title draws the reader to another world other than lyrical art, but because of their intellectual and orchestral connection in principle, I chose to use this beautiful and deep similarity between them, as for the subject matter, it is a specialized professional whose pioneers used to present it in various and often improvisational ways without returning to the same organization when preparing a piece of art.

While the target audience in the world of real estate development is the same citizen or attendee who wants a building and housing that meets his aspirations and his own taste, it goes beyond that to pay attention to other influences related to the surrounding environment architecturally, geographically and environmentally. The maestro here is the real estate developer who is entrusted with creating integrated success, and the orchestra is the parties to the engineering work from the contractor, designer, supervisor, supplier and contractors in the project. Although the negatives of each member of the team may fall on them individually, but in the end the blame goes back to the real estate developer who created the idea and brought the parties together in one project.

Just as the maestro is required to be familiar with the expertise, experience, and understanding of the instruments and the full musical score, the developer must understand all aspects of engineering work in an integrated and harmonious manner, and everyone must practice professionally to harmonize and level the desired outputs.

In music, we are interested in producing a song or piece that makes the audience happy and enjoyable, and in construction, we are interested in producing a building that makes the citizen and customer happy and pleases his taste and requirements, as well as takes into account all social and environmental considerations.

The maestro has an integrated musical score with all the notes that the musicians have, and from a long experience in music, it is easy for the maestro to read the score and arrange the places, stops and movements perfectly, and in construction, the developer must have an understanding and documentation of all the stages of work that they will do from day one The designer must know what the consultant and contractor need, what the client requires, and what the nation seeks for the urban environment, and in urban, the developer must tighten the threads of work perfectly with the parties to ensure the continuity of success until the last moment to deliver and settle the client.

Here I bring up Building Information Modeling or what is called BIM, which is related to the same requirements of the musical note to a large extent, if the developer seeks to model his building information in a unified technical way that unites architects, civil and electromechanical through its specialized programs and specialized experts, he will find that what he built on any line or idea at the beginning when designing will eventually be seen during work by all those involved in the work, including the client.

BIM seeks to create easy visualization and beautiful harmony between the parties to the work from day one and makes it easier for everyone to conjure up the final image of the work on the technical program before it is projected on the ground and the actual and field start does not take place until the parties gather and the building is imagined with more than one option and try it and convince customers of it.

<p class="wp-block-

In the event of application, everyone must draw information from it and also the developer must rely entirely on it in entering data and extracting reports and statistics that are submitted to the relevant authorities, and thus the possibility of error is reduced to minimum levels and is avoided early if it appears and at the lowest costs, and we all trust that just as any costs on labor are increased once related laws or a change in the price system is issued, any increase in the cost of the building due to the application of the methodology is marginal compared to the combined returns from applying this approach and we have in the United Kingdom in this regard the great reference and the amount of billions of savings that

The talk here is long, but I liked to put an important building block of organized and integrated development work that no one should be blamed in the end except the developer, who must preserve the work from any obstacles and imbalances, as is the blame on the artistic producer when he receives poor song lyrics and puts an inappropriate or weak melody for it, the conclusion will of course be the audience's rejection of him and the inevitable failure of the song or at least gaining a bad reputation that follows him. If the lyrics are beautiful and have a literary taste and the melody is beautiful, but the maestro is absent or inexperienced, you will find that there is a missing link that requires a renewal in performance and another organization that may rescue the situation and organize it.

In conclusion, I emphasize that the note is an integrated modeling of data in a unified template from which everyone draws all visions and goals and proceeds accordingly. It is also necessary to involve all stakeholders from the first day of work and equip an urban maestro who knows how to manage and link all these parties with great wisdom and prudence to reach a product that pleases the customer and they all come out of the project singing the rhythms that were played.
