Modern technologies have always contributed to human life, but what about the real estate sector and how will modern technologies affect it? That is what we will find out.

• Virtual Reality (VR)

The introduction of technology into the real estate sector through the filming of properties and their subsequent presentation to clients in the form of 360-degree video tours, allowing for virtual tours inside the properties and the exploration of their details from anywhere in the world.

• Drones or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)

This technology captures aerial footage of properties to provide an overview of the area and view the property from a horizontal perspective, enhancing the customer experience by revealing new features and capturing shots from difficult angles of the properties.

• 3D printing

This technology is used to create small models of properties to be displayed, providing the buyer with a general overview of the property.

• Smart Home Technology:
  

This technology allows homeowners to monitor their homes via security cameras connected to mobile apps, and enables them to easily control their homes remotely, such as opening and closing doors and windows, among other functions.

Now that we have a brief overview of the technology and its impact on real estate, the question remains: to what extent will this technology spread and influence the future?
